2. Troubleshooting When the fan is in Advanced Sleep Mode, it is normal for it to automatically start oscillating after one hour, as this is the default setting. During installation, ensure that the screws are aligned with the flat surface of the motor shaft, as aligning them with the arc surface will reduce air output. It is possible that a timer was accidentally set; please check and try setting it again. Additionally, check whether the fan is in Advanced Sleep Mode or if the screen is manually set to be off. When the fan's screen is off, the operation panel enters a semi-sleep state to prevent accidental touch. To adjust the settings, press the panel twice - once to wake it up and once to adjust the settings.
